- BAKER/ PASTRY CHEF-(full time or part time available) We're growing and excited to add one or two additional bakers to our team! We operate a high-volume store-front and catering business. We make pastries & desserts fresh and from scratch, so prior baking experience is required. Expect a working interview.
What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled, creative, and experienced baker who can follow in-house recipes with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- A team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle both morning shifts and flexible prep/dessert-making times. Multiple scheduling options available.
- Cake decorating experience required.
- Some early morning shifts required.
- BARISTA- We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team! If you have a passion for great coffee, friendly service, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. Flexible, daytime availability required. Prior barista experience not required, we will train you. Previous food-service experience preferred, but not required. A great attitude and work ethic are all you need.
- PREP COOK-(full time) We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! This position focuses on creating fresh, high-quality grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, as well as assisting with prep for our catered events and take-home meals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare grab-and-go menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and wraps, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with chopping, portioning, and cooking tasks for catered events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are met.
- Label, package, and stock items for display or delivery.
- Assist with inventory rotation and restocking of ingredients.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines.
- SOUS CHEF-(full time) Thyme to Cater is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of kitchen management experience and a dynamic, team-oriented personality that complements our collaborative kitchen culture. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Owner/Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and execution for both our bistro and a variety of off-site catering events. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for high-quality, made-from-scratch cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
- Support menu planning and food production for both in-house and off-site events
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and consistency
- Help maintain food safety, sanitation, and cost control practices

- BANQUET CHEF-(full time) we have an opening for a banquet chef to assist with preparation and production of catered meals, including corporate and private catering, buffet and plated dinners. Catering/banquet experience preferred, must be willing to work as part of a team, holding in high regard- time management, consistency, and attention to detail. This position requires flex scheduling according to business needs. Schedule will be a mix of mornings, days, evenings and late nights. We cater anything, anytime, anywhere, and set schedules are not guaranteed. Competitive starting pay, depending on experience. Working interview required. Hourly or salary option, starting pay based on experience.
- DISHWASHER/ UTILITY WORKER- (hiring to fill one part-time or one full-time position) This position requires daytime and/or evening availability & weekend shifts. Flex hours to include shifts between 7am-midnight, mostly day shifts, some evenings and occasional late evening shifts required, depending on catering needs. Starting pay $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience and additional skills. 15-40 hours per week. Those who excel in this starting position are eligible for promotion including additional on-the-job training in other kitchen roles.

- EVENT BARTENDERS-(part time) seeking professional individual(s) with previous bartending experience, who want to be part of a team to provide professional and top-notch service in a fun event atmosphere. Corporate events, weddings, holiday parties, private events and more.
